Churches - Medieval art
I am very interested in the medieval world and specially frescos in churches. As I live in Lund, which was the seat of the Danish archbishop until the reformation 1536, we have lot of medieval churches in Skåne with wonderful paintings from 1100 to the middle of the 16th century.
You can't find any principles in the selection of churches. Only I was there and found them interesting and I want to share them with you.
Sorry, the documentation will be only in Swedish. I think that some of the words will be understandable as the name of the saints. If you want some more information - do not hesitate to contact me.
As these pages will undergo revision and other churches will be added, please bookmark this page and come back.SWEDEN
